Referrals should be directed by letter or fax from your GP or other doctor to our secretary at 9 Harley Street. Subsequent to an appointment being confirmed, details of your medical history and copies of all relevant investigations performed should be provided, translated into English if applicable. If you can, please try and send us as much information about your condition in advance of your appointment as it stops unnecessary delays in your treatment.
