What are the symptoms of Adreno-cortical Carcinoma?

Functioning tumours produce signs and symptoms related to the excess hormones which the tumour is producing (e.g. Cushing's syndrome with hypercortisolism, Conn's syndrome with hyperaldosteronism - see previous sections). In addition, patient's may have symptoms relating to the physical impingement of the adrenal tumour on surrounding tissue e.g. a feeling of fullness in the abdomen, indigestion, nausea and vomiting. Also an unexplained weight loss and weakness may be experienced.
