What are the Symptoms of Hypopituitarism?

The clinical presentation of hypopituitarism is usually very subtle with vague symptoms such as tiredness. In some situations, the diagnosis is only made after a stress situations such as an accident or infection. In these situations a 'pituitary crisis' will be induced with nausea, dehydration, hypotension and ultimately a coma.

The symptoms of individual hormone deficiencies will be discussed in the relevant sections.
